Privacy policy

Who we are

CTU Space Research is a student initiative at CTU Prague, Technická 2, 166 27 Praha 6 – Dejvice. For any questions about how we handle personal data, contact us at lead@spaceresearch.cvut.cz.

What data we process

We only collect personal data that you voluntarily submit to us through a form on this site:

• Contact form — name, email address, and your message.
• Recruitment form — name, email address, school/faculty, year of study, selected groups, and an optional question.

How we handle it

Submitting a form sends an email to the relevant team (contact or recruitment) plus an automatic confirmation copy to your address. We don't store submissions in any server-side database — they exist only in the team's email inboxes, from where we can delete them once your inquiry or application has been handled. We don't sell, share, or pass your data to any third party, and we don't use it for anything beyond what you submitted it for.

Cookies

This site doesn't use any tracking or analytics tools (no Google Analytics or similar). We only use two strictly functional cookies:

• ctu_csrf — protects the forms against abuse (expires after 1 hour).
• ctu_lang — remembers your chosen site language (expires after 1 year).

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Just email lead@spaceresearch.cvut.cz.
